A total of 115 standard seven pupils from Changómbe Primary school attended a graduation ceremony last week at DUCE premises. The event was officiated by the KCB Bank Country Marketing Manager, Ms. Shose Kombe. Ms. Kombe is an alumna of Changómbe Primary school who graduated her primary school education in 1997.

Speaking during the event, Ms. Kombe congratulated the pupils for being privileged to study at Changómbe Primary school, and urged them to keep focused in their goals and self-determination.  She reminded the pupils to keep away from overusing social media which are likely to have power to ruin their future. She requested parents to continue providing all basic needs that will enable pupils to reach to their full potential.

In his remark, the acting Deputy Principal (Academic, Research and Consultancy), Dr. Hezron Onditi thanked the Guest of Honor for accepting their invitation regardless of her busiest schedules. He acknowledged that the presence of Ms. Kombe added some value to the school and College as a whole.

Dr. Onditi appreciated the decision made by parents to continue putting trust on Chang’ombe primary school. He insisted that both the School administration and the DUCE Management are working hard to improve the quality of services provided by the school.
