Principal of DUCE, Prof. Stephen Oswald Maluka held a meeting with all staff members on July 6, 2021 at NLT‘C’. During the meeting, the College Principal had the opportunity to remind all staff to work in accordance with the rules, regulations and procedures of the Public Service at workplace.

He also put emphasis on improving working performance at the College through hard working, observing discipline and other ethical issues. He reminded on responsiveness of the forthcoming keynote activities of supervising the University examination and teaching practice.

Before the Principal’s speech, Deputy Principal Administration, Dr. Method addressed the Staff community on the issues raised in the previous meeting, and soon after presented the current Management report.

On the same meeting, the Principal, awarded winners of 6^th research and innovation week at the College level. These were the winners who won research competitions based on several categories; including multidisciplinary research group, researcher of the year, best innovator and best journal. Other contesting posts were best postgraduate project, best undergraduate project and best public service. The Principal congratulated the winners who excelled on the said awards and commented that their performance was quiet remarkable.
