The Directorate of Administration and Human Resource Management celebrated Public Service Week by offering professional public service activities to all staff at the college campus. The event took place from 18th to 20th June 2024.

In commemorating the week, the Human Resource Management team promoted their services to DUCE community. The team showcased various services, such as the Workers Compensation Fund (WCF), the staff performance system (PEPMIS), PSSSF, e-registry service, e-leave, and digital signatures. These services benefited the public through a variety of activities and responsibilities carried out at DUCE. The goal was to ensure the well-being and orderly function of the College's working staff.

Speaking at the event, the Director of Administration and Human Resource Management, Ms. Maria Andrea said the Public Service Week is held every year as per Government directives. She further stated that DUCE will continue addressing these challenges raised during the commemoration week.

Public Service Week is organized by the Ministry in the President's Office responsible for Public Service Management and Good Governance to celebrate public servants. During this commemoration week, all governmental departments, agencies, and ministries are encouraged to participate. Looking ahead, the Human Resource Management team at DUCE remains steadfast in their commitment to continuously improving and excelling their workforce to realize vision of a thriving and resilient community.
