SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY FOR MSC STUDIES

A COSTECH funded climate friendly agriculture titled Improving Banana Yield and Value Addition to Banana Waste for Climate Friendly Banana farming has set aside fund to sponsor two MSc. Students. The project is working at improving banana productivity through the use environmental friendly Humic and Fulvic Acids to reduce clearing of forests for more agricultural land; and adding value to banana waste, in particular: fibre extraction from the pseudo stem, production of black soldier fly larvae (animal feed protein) and animal feed and ethanol from banana fibre decortication waste.
