Fondazione Edu Scholarship: Funded Candidates for 2025/2026
The Fondazione Edu Scholarship Programme is proud to announce the list of candidates who have been awarded funding for the 2025/2026 academic year. After an intensive selection process, we are excited to support a diverse group of talented individuals who demonstrated exceptional potential in their fields.
The following candidates have been selected for the scholarship funding:

The University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), through its Institute of Marine Sciences (IMS) Zanzibar, has reaffirmed its commitment to a safe, inclusive, and supportive academic environment, with a strong call for collective responsibility in addressing gender-based violence, mental health, counselling, and disability inclusion.
As part of the University–Industry collaboration, the College of Engineering and Technology secured the JUYE and LETS scholarship opportunities from JUYE Concrete Co., Ltd. and New Materials Group Co., Ltd. for postgraduate and undergraduate students specialising in Civil Engineering, Construction, and Transportation.
Each postgraduate and undergraduate awardee will receive TZS 2,000,000 and TZS 1,000,000 respectively for the 2025/2026 academic year.

The University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) has taken a significant step toward strengthening industry-responsive learning, research and innovation following the donation of ten high-performance desktop computers, by AngloGold Ashanti, designed to align academic training with the technological demands of modern industry.
