China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) recently donated 200 copies of Chinese language books written by Chinese President Xi Jinping to the University of Dar es Salaam’s library, as part of efforts to strengthen cultural and educational cooperation between China and Tanzania. The books, focusing on topics such as language, art, science, culture, technology, and history of China, are expected to help students and researchers gain a deeper understanding of Chinese heritage and enhance cultural exchanges between the two friendly nations.

The donation ceremony was attended by Dr. Collin from the University of Dar es Salaam’s library management office, Professor Mutembei from the Confucius Institute, Chinese Ambassador Mr. Chu Kun, representatives from CCC, library staff, and students who praised this important step in enhancing international education and cooperation.
