Julieth Mosted Kibona is a Library Assistant II in the Directorate of Library Services (DLS) at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). Julieth M. Kibona has been working for the University of Dar es Salaam since 2018 to the present. She holds a Diploma in Library and Information Studies (obtained in 2015) from the School of Library, Archives, and Documentation Studies and a Certificate in Library and Information Studies (obtained in 2013) from the School of Library, Archives, and Documentation Studies (SLADS).

Her areas of specialization include cataloging of library materials (both electronic and print), spinning labeling, shelving and shelf reading, and records management.
