Delvinus Evod Mallya currently holds the position of ICT Officer II within the Directorate of Library Services (DLS) at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). Mr. Delvinus has worked for the University of Dar es Salaam since the start of 2024 to date. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Electronics and Communication Engineering from St Joseph College of Engineering and Technology (SJUIT) and has specialized in network planning, designing, implementation and troubleshooting.
