Veronica Mwashihava is works for the University of Dar es Salaam as a Library Assistant II in
the Directorate of Library Services (DLS) at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). Veronica
Mwashihava has worked for the University of Dar es Salaam since 2001 to date. Her most recent
academic qualification She holdsis a mMaster’s degree in library Library and Iinformation
Mmanagement which she graduated with in 2019 from the Open University of Tanzania. She
also has a and bBachelor's degree in Library and Information Science obtained in 2012 from the
same Open Uuniversity of Tanzania. Veronica’s key duties in the Directorate Her areas of
specialization are classification and cataloging of lLibrary materials (both electronic and print),
records management, and provision of information literacy training, and rReaders services.
