The College Principal, Prof. Stephen Oswald Maluka held a meeting with all staff members on 7^th November 2022 at NLT‘C’. During the meeting, Prof. Maluka urged the staff to work efficiently in accordance to rules, regulations and procedures of the Public Service.

In the meeting, the Principal acknowledged the role played by the central government in the employment of the new staff. He said the newly employed staff have added a new workforce that support organizational development.

He further reminded on responsiveness of all staff members. He reminded the academic members of staff to find researches and projects that attract fund.

Before the Principal’s speech, the Deputy Principal Planning, Finance and Administration (PFA), Prof. Method Samwel Semiono reported on the issues raised in the previous meeting.

In the same meeting, the College Principal, allowed the marketing officer of Equity Bank to speak briefly about reduced bank loans. Other staff who were given opportunity to speak with DUCE Staff were PCCB officers from Temeke and WCF staff from Kinondoni.
