Ms Meryciana Boniphace Chibali is a Library Assistant II in the Directorate of Library Services (DLS) at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). Ms Meryciana has worked for the University of Dar es Salaam since 21018 to date. She holds a Diploma in Library, Records and Information Studies, SLADS (2018), Technician Certificate in Library, Records and Information Studies, SLADS (2017), and Basic technician certificate in Library, Records and Information Studies, SLADS (2016).

Her areas of specialization include cataloging and classifying information materials (both electronic and print), data entry, spine labelling, shelving and shelf reading, records management, information literacy, and customer care skills.
