Mr. Edward Mkoba is a Library Officer I in the Directorate of Library Services (DLS) at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). Mr. Edward has worked for the University of Dar es Salaam since 2016 to date. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Studies (2013) from Tumaini University, Diploma in Information Studies (2001), and a Certificate in Library Studies (1993) from SLADS.

His areas of specialization include cataloguing and classifying information materials (both electronic and print), data entry, shelving and shelf reading of library materials, spine labelling, records management, information literacy, data quality control and customer care skills.
