Mr. Oscar Juma Mgovanois the Project Assistant of the Taught LL.M.Programmes at the School based at Mikocheni Campus.  He joined the School in July 2012.Mr. Mgovano holds a Certificate (Motor Driver - Grade II) from the Vocational Education Training Authority of Tanzania (VETA).
