Hussein Kitta Mlinga is an Assistant Lecturer (Public Law)at the School. An experienced legal practitioner in Tax Law, Public Procurement Law and Laws of Trusts and Succession, Mr Mlinga holds a Bachelor of Laws (2007) and Master of Laws (2009) degrees from University of Dar es Salaam. Currently, Mr Mlinga is pursuing his PhD studies focusing on Legal Aspects of Good Governance in Taxation/Public Finance Law.
Mr Mlinga is an Advocate of High Court of Tanzania. He is a member of Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society; Bar Associations for Tanzania mainland and East African countries respectively. He is also a member of member of the Procurement Law Academic Network since 2008. This is a permanent global network of professors, researchers and academics with interest in procurement law and regulatory policy.
