The College Principal, Prof. Stephen Oswald Maluka held a meeting with all staff members on January 28, 2022 at NLT‘C’. During the meeting, the College Principal had the opportunity to remind all staff to work hard in accordance with rules, regulations and procedures of the Public Service.

In the meeting, the Principal announced the new administrative structures as per government authorization. The new structures have created and/or promoted some units.

Also, the Principal disclosed the idea of reducing the school fees to staff whose children were enrolled at Chang’ombe demonstration schools. He further reminded on responsiveness of the staff in supporting fund raising for the college needy students.  Moreover, he urged DUCE staff to continue with the spirit of securing the grand academic funded projects and finally be aware of forthcoming activities of supervising the University examination.

Before the Principal’s speech, the Deputy Principal (Administration), Dr. Method addressed and responded to the Staff on the issues raised in the previous meeting.

On the same meeting, the Principal allowed two stakeholders to speak briefly on the potentiality of CRDB loans and ways of safeguarding from fire explosions.
