Graduands at DUCE rehearsed graduation logistics today with a view of ensuring no-mistakes on the graduation day itself tomorrow.

Different from the other years when graduation ceremonies used to take place in the afternoon, this year’s 12th Graduation Ceremony begins in the morning and all graduands have been urged to be seated in the graduation ground by 9.00 a.m.

The rehearsal today introduced the graduands into parliamentary procedures which should be observed during the conferment of degrees at the University of Dar es Salaam. According to the statistics, total of 1,647 graduands are graduating at the College this year.

The Coordinator of the Undergraduate Studies (CUS), Dr. Hezron Onditi, called upon the graduands to be seated in time to avoid delays and inconveniences.

Present during the rehearsal were the faculty members – the deans and respective associates from the Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science, and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
