The Unit is headed by the Principal Legal Officer 

Core Functions:

• Provide legal advice on all aspects of the law in College’s operations;
• Secretary to the Governing Board ;
• Represent the College in court;
• Be responsible for proper recording and custody of contracts;
• Vet all legal documents emanating from outside the College in which the College is a party; and
• Participate in and witness all contracts
