Development evaluation experts from the Tanzania Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Adaptation (T-MELA) participated in a professional development, monitoring and evaluation dialogue organized by the Centre for Social and Political Research (CSPR). The dialogue involved T-MELA experts, faculty members and students pursuing Master of Arts in Development Evaluation (MADE) Program.
