His recent research work deals with improving efficiency of Building Surveys using Digital technologies including Mixed Realities, LiDAR scanners and 3D imagery softwares like Matterport Pro2 camera.
He has produced theses tilted “Assessment of the Use and Reliability of Bills of Quantities as a source of information in Construction Projects” and another one under the title of “Obligations and Liabilities in Employer Consultant Relations in Building Projects in Tanzania (Analysis of Defaults and Control Approaches).
