Profile: Metta is currently a Senior Technical Staff in the College of Engineering and Technology (CoET), Department of Structure and Construction Engineering. He is a Graduate in Computer Science and Master of International Trade. His research work was on “The Role of Information and Communication Technology in Trade Facilitation in Tanzania” 

Metta is acquainted with International Trade Rules, WTO/GATT/GATS and Multilateral Trading Systems, Trade Policy and Market access, Trade Negotiation skills, Import/Export coordination, strong interpersonal skills, Innovation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Also trained in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Mechanical Engineering (FTC). Metta can work on Oil/Gas projects. He also worked in World Bank Tanzania Country Office for a short period in temporary basis. Currently working in Higher Learning Institution in Computer Networks, He manages installations in new software releases and system upgrades.
