Jones J. Helberth, currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer at IDS - UDSM, lecturing Economics, Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development related courses. He is also an expert and offer consultation services on cooperatives and self-made social and economic groups. He has provided a notable contribution in the starting and prosperity of several community groups such as PMTA and KKKI which are located in Pwani and Dar es Salaam regions respectively. Jones J.H. always believe on success and that challenges are part of strategies for a brightest future. In academics, he has published one paper so far which is found in Google titled 

Contribution of the BRT Systems to Climate Change Mitigation and Sustainable Development. He is also struggling to do his PhD study in Development Studies, looking at the nexus between SACCOS practices and small-scale entrepreneurship development.
