Biography

Ibrahim Roman Kavula is a tutorial assistant in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Dar es Salaam, specializing in public administration. In this role, he facilitates seminars and tutorials, supports senior academic staff, and contributes to various research and consultancy projects within the realm of public administration. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Arts in Public Administration at the University of Dar es Salaam, further building upon his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration, which he earned from the University of Dodoma in 2022. He is committed to his professional development, actively engaging in workshops focused on embracing technology in curriculum development and pedagogy, as well as consultancy project execution. He is particularly passionate about addressing practical challenges in public administration, striving to make meaningful contributions to both scholarly discourse and tangible improvements in governance and public service delivery.
