Rashid Idd Kihwelo is a Tutorial Assistant in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Dar es Salaam-MbeyaCollege of Health and Allied Science (UDSM-MCHAS). He is currently pursuing an MPhil in Molecular Cell Biology of Infectious Diseases at the West African Centre for Cell Biology of Infectious Pathogens (WACCBIP), Universisty of Ghana. Rashid is passionate about translational microbiology and immunology research and its application to infectious disease control and global public health. He actively engages in scientific discussions, research collaborations, and professional development initiatives related to microbiology and infectious diseases.
