Hadija Omary Ngaga is an academic and researcher with a strong background in Materials Engineering and Textiles. She is currently an Assistant Lecturer in Food Packaging in the Department of Food Science and Technology at the College of Agriculture and Food Technology (CoAF). Her research and professional interests include natural fibres, sustainable packaging, surface design and textile materials. In addition to her academic work, she is actively involved in promoting STEM education among young girls and boys at the primary and lower secondary school levels, aiming to foster early interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
