Biography

Eng. Kelvin Kyakula is a Water and Environmental Engineer with expertise in Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Infrastructure Development. He holds a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam (On going) and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Ardhi University.

Kelvin has extensive experience in water infrastructure planning and design, water supply and sanitation engineering, water and wastewater treatment, climate change adaptation, hydrological and hydraulic modeling. He has worked on several major infrastructure projects across Tanzania. His roles have involved design engineering, project supervision, quality assurance, and environmental compliance.

Eng. Kelvin is serving as a Tutorial Assistant at the University of Dar es Salaam, he is dedicated to research, consultancy and knowledge dissemination. His research interests include sustainable water management, climatic change and adaptation in water resources management, water and wastewater treatment technologies and Floodplain hydraulics. As a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB), he continues to contribute to engineering innovation and environmental sustainability.
