Francis Sabby is a Lecturer at the School of Law University of Dar es Salaam (Tanzania). He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B-2009) and Master of Laws Degree (LL.M-2011) and PhD in Law-2018 from the University of Dar es Salaam. In 2013, Dr. Sabby received a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the Law School of Tanzania. Dr. Sabby is also an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. He is a member of Tanganyika Law Society; a Bar Association for Mainland Tanzania. He has a long experience in practicing law in the United Republic of Tanzania of more than ten years. He has had an opportunity of working with giant law firms in Tanzania. He has diverse and deep knowledge in various areas of law, including but not limited to labour law, international trade and finance law, criminal law and procedure, administrative law, competition law, company law and litigation in general. He has authors a good number of academic writings.
