Pinto John Owino is an assistant lecturer in Educational Management at the University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania where she has been employed in 2025. she is a formal teacher at Girango secondary school located in Mara Region. She holds a Masters Degree in Educational Management and Administration (MEMA) in 2023 and Bachelor of Educational Management and Administration (2020) from University of Dodoma. She has researched and published on students views on 16 coursework cut-off points towards students learning.
