Dr. Gerald Magova is a lecturer of Management at University of Dar es Salaam Business School in Dar es Salaam , Tanzania. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Commerce in Management Science in 2007, Masters of Business Administration in 2010 and PhD in Business Administration in 2020 from University of Dar es Salaam. His main duties are to teach, research, and consulting in the area of Human Resources Management Practices, Strategic Management, Industrial Relations, Quantitative techniques, Operations management, Supply Chain Management, and Sustainability of operations. He also provide supervision of students’ reseacrh projects, theses and disertations at the University of Dar es Salaam Business School. He is also a visiting lecturer at Ardhi University in Dar es salaam, Tanzania, Institute of Social Work in Dar es Salaam, and Catholic University College of Mbeya, Tanzania . His research interests are in the area of human resources – supply chain interface, human resources management practices, supply chain performance, sustainability and climate change.
