University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM). He holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Tropical Animal Production from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), Tanzania.

His academic and research interests focus on tropical livestock production systems, animal nutrition, pasture and rangeland management, sustainable animal production, and smallholder livestock systems. He has experience in teaching, research supervision, and field-based livestock production studies within tropical environments.
