Crispin Ndelende Dionice is a food systems researcher and consultant specializing in food science, nutrition, and sustainable agriculture. He is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Dar Es Salaam, Department of Food Science and Technology, holding a BSc (2021) and MSc (2025) in Food Science and Technology. His research includes a peer‑reviewed publication on functional beverages from aerial yam–soy blends and spans nutrient profiling, phytochemical properties, food processing, and climate‑smart value addition. Crispin has participated consultancy works on nutrition assessments, household dietary surveys, and WFP-CSAP project evaluations in Tanzania. Formerly has worked as HSEQ officer at AKO Group Limited, he managed food safety, compliances, and ISO 22000/14001/45001 audits. He combines academic and industry expertise to deliver impactful training, research, and advisory services across food and agriculture value chains.
