Stanley Keneth Nguku  is an assistant lecturer in Educational management at the University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania where he has been employed in 2025. He is also a former school manager at Miale Pre and primary school and worked as second master at Fikiria Kwanza Secondary school located in Arusha Region.He holds a Masters Degree in Educational Management (2022) and Bachelor of Arts with  Education (2019) from St.Agustine University of Tanzania (SAUT-Arusha Centre) respectively. He has researched and published on conflicts among teaching staff and non-teaching staff and its influence on their work performance.
