Paul Abel Pastory is an Assistant Lecturer in Tourism Management at the University of Dar es Salaam Business School and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management. He holds a Master’s in Tourism Management from Harbin University of Commerce, PR China, and a Bachelor’s in Tourism and Cultural Heritage from the University of Dodoma. He integrates academic expertise with extensive hospitality industry experience.
