Biography

Mr. Harold J. Mtyana is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Structural and Construction Engineering. He holds a Full Technician Certificate in Civil Engineering from the then Mbeya Technical College (currently Mbeya University of Science and Technology), an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Civil Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, both from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is currently finalizing his PhD in Structural Engineering at the University of Dar es Salaam.
