I am an academician, consultant, and researcher in the field of Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Business Management. With 7 years of experience, I am passionate about supporting academic achievement and creating the next generation of African marketers and business managers who will have an impact on Tanzanian and global development. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Management centered on Gender, Entrepreneurship, and Agribusiness. My research aims to provide actionable insights that can empower women entrepreneurs, improve agribusiness sustainability, and enhance the overall economic development of Tanzania.
