Mr. Andrew Livingstone Mwakyasima is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam Business School, specializing in General Management and Human Resource Management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration; both obtained from the University of Dar es Salaam. As part of his academic development, Andrew pursued a semester-long study program at the University of Agder in Norway, focusing on Strategic Management and Business courses. His professional experience includes working as a Human Resource Officer at Bank of Africa Tanzania, where he served for two years and gained practical insights into corporate HR practices.

Currently, Mr. Andrew is pursuing his PhD in Mauritius at the University of Technology Mauritius. His doctoral research focuses on the intersection of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools and Work-Life Balance, reflecting his keen interest in how digital transformation influences modern work environments. With a blend of academic training, international exposure, and practical experience, Andrew continues to contribute to the development of future business leaders through teaching, research, and mentorship at the University of Dar es Salaam.
