Tumaini Joel Mihila is a results driven Senior Account officer with over 15 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls and audit preparation.

Tumaini holds a Bachelor degree in Finance from University of Dar es salaam, Master’s degree of Revenue law and Administration also from University of Dar es salaam and Institute of Tax Adminisration(ITA).

Accounting Profession level I and II, Diploma in International Public service Accounting Standards (IPSAS) both from The National Board of Accountant and Auditors (NBAA).

I addition to technical skills, I have attended several professional seminar/workshops to improve my career and financial operations.
