Biography
Bruno John Moshi is a Library Officer II at the University of Dar es Salaam Library. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Management in 2019 and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Information Studies.
He is passionate about digital libraries, library and information science research, online consultation for ready reference services, and information dissemination to diverse user groups. He aims to promote and foster digital transformation in library services to enhance access, efficiency, and overall service delivery.
Research Interest
His research interests include knowledge sharing, big data applications in library services, artificial intelligence (AI) in information management, and improving service delivery through innovative technologies. He is particularly interested in exploring how emerging technologies can enhance information access, user engagement, and decision-making within academic and research institutions
