Ms. Penina Mfanga is an experienced and dedicated Personal Secretary serving at the University of Dar es Salaam as a office management secretary of Director of Library Services. She holds a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from the Tanzania Public Service College, obtained in 2005, and has also completed a professional program in Management Development for Executive Assistant II from the same institution.

Previously, she worked at the Ministry of Community Development, Gender, Elderly, and Children as the Personal Secretary of the Minister from 2018. Ms. Mfanga is known for her hard work, punctuality, and commitment to her duties. Her strong organizational skills, professionalism, and efficiency have made her a valuable asset in every role she has undertaken
