Thomas Rogath Thomas is a Mechanical Technician with an Ordinary Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT). He is specialized in maintenance and production, with extensive experience in mechanical systems, industrial machinery, and precision engineering, focusing on maintenance, fabrication, and design.

Thomas has worked at Precision Air PLC Service, where he was responsible for maintaining and servicing aircraft mechanical systems. He later joined the National Development Corporation (NDC), working as a tractor assembly technician, where he focused on assembling and maintaining tractors for agricultural applications.

He also gained experience at the Cereals and Other Produce Board of Tanzania (CPB), where he worked in silos and milling operations, ensuring the efficient operation of processing equipment used in grain storage and milling. His expertise further expanded at the Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS), where he worked on mechanical infrastructure maintenance. Afterward, he worked at JS ELECTROMECH LTD as a Mechanical Technician, focusing on various mechanical systems and equipment used in industrial manufacturing.

Thomas is currently working at the University of Dar es Salaam, where he applies his mechanical engineering skills in a collaborative and educational environment.
