UDSM Prof. Rutinwa to lead the review of the Universities Act 2005

The Tanzanian Commission for Universities (TCU) has appointed Professor Bonaventure Rutinwa, a University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) alumnus and Associate Professor of Law, as the convener of a committee to review the Tanzania Universities Act, 2005.
