CSO Wins Overall Award at UDSM Research and Innovation Week 2026

The African Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Operations in Resource Management and Food Supply (CSO) was awarded the Overall Winner in the Category of Collaborative Research with Significant Funding during the climax of the 11th University of Dar es Salaam Research and Innovation Week (RIW 2026), held earlier this week.

This achievement marks the second time the Centre has received this prestigious recognition, having first earned the honour in 2021. The award reflects the Centre’s continued commitment to excellence in research, innovation, collaboration, and impactful engagement with society.

The recognition is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the entire CSO team, whose efforts continue to advance high-quality research and contribute to sustainable development through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
