ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DIRECTORATE OF ACADEMIC PLANNING AND STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF ACTING DIRECTOR
The University of Dar es Salaam wishes to inform the University community and the public that it has established the Directorate of Academic Planning and Strategic Development (DAPSD) to provide strategic leadership in academic planning, policy development, and institutional performance management. This initiative intends to enhance alignment of academic programmes with national and international standards, while advancing the University’s long-term strategic vision.
Following the establishment of the position of Director of Academic Planning and Strategic Development, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. William A. L. Anangisye, has appointed Dr. Hellen Henry Maziku as Acting Director for the remainder of the 2024/2025–2026/2027 triennium.
