Jofrey Beralimin Fulgensi is a professionally trained vocational instructor and certified electrician with a deep passion for technical education and youth empowerment. Born and raised in Mikumi, Morogoro, Tanzania, he has steadily built a career that bridges hands-on industry experience with modern vocational teaching methods. His journey reflects a clear dedication to skill development and national capacity building through quality training in the field of electrical installation.
He holds multiple recognized qualifications, including National Vocational Awards (NVA) Level II and III in Electrical Installation and a Vocational Teacher Training Certificate from the esteemed Morogoro Vocational Teacher Training College. This combination of technical expertise and pedagogical competence allows him to effectively translate complex concepts into practical knowledge that empowers students with real-world skills. His classroom approach is both interactive and industry-aligned, ensuring graduates are work-ready and competent.
Jofrey began his career as a field electrician with TANESCO from 2019 to 2021, where he developed resilience, safety awareness, and precision under demanding conditions. The transition from fieldwork to instruction in 2023 marked a new phase of professional impact first at Mikumi Vocational Training Center, and currently at Kasulu Folk Development College, where he serves as an Assistant Vocational Teacher. In both institutions, he has been recognized for his discipline, adaptability, and ability to inspire learners toward excellence.
Fluent in both English and Kiswahili, and highly proficient in digital tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Jofrey integrates technology into his teaching for enhanced learning experiences. His commitment extends beyond the classroom he actively supports community learning initiatives, encourages ethical practice, and continually seeks personal and professional growth through training, mentorship, and collaboration.
