Ministry Of Constitution and Good Governance (Chief Protocol's Office) is a Ministry established under ART 13 of the DARUSO Constitution. It is headed by Chief Protocol Hon. HYERA, VIANEY P, assisted by Hon. NASRA AMIR and Secretary Hon. JANUARY, NDUHULIRUBUSA JAMALI  All from the University of Dar es Salaam School of Law (UDSoL).

Its duties are as follows:

1. To advise the Students' Government on all matters that require legal consultation.
2. To oversee the Rule of Law and Good Governance in the Government and all three organs of DARUSO Mlimani including DARUSO Cabinet, USRC, and Judiciary.
