STRUCTURE AND ROLES

The DARUSO-MLIMANI Judicial Organ is one amongst three DARUSO-MLIMANI Principal Organs. Others being the Executive and the Parliament. DARUSO-MLIMANI Judicial Organ is established under Article 19 of the DARUSO Constitution of 2007 as amended from time to time. The Judicial Organ is composed of Chairpersons and Secretaries from every College, Schools, and Institutes. The Organ is created as a mechanism for the check and balance of the government and its organs. Therefore the organ act as a disciplinary authority and it is capable of disciplining any DARUSO office-bearer other than the president and vice president for malpractices, corruption, and any other misconduct.

The judicial organ makes procedures on how to receive and dissolve disputes from halls of residences and classes with aim of promoting harmony and tranquility among the members. The organ is also vested with exclusive power pertaining to the interpretation of the DARUSO Constitution and its interpretation shall be final and conclusive between DARUSO organs and its members.
