My name is Wilson Elias Masele. I currently serve as a Laboratory Scientist at the Department of Crop Science and Beekeeping Technology, holding the role of Farm Manager at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. My academic journey includes a Diploma in General Agriculture, a BSc degree in Agronomy, and a MSc in Natural Resource Assessment and Management, equipping me with a deep understanding of environmental dynamics and sustainable development. My career includes significant roles such as Agricultural Officer at Bukoba District Council and Field Officer at the Institute of Resource Assessment. I have actively engaged in research, consultancy, and project implementation, with a strong focus on agriculture, climate change, and environmental management. I have contributed to notable publications, including "Exploring Urban Green Packages as Part of Nature-based Solutions for Climate Change Adaptation Measures" and "Performance of Maize-Bean Intercropping Assessed Through Varied Spatial Arrangements and Nutrient Phosphorus Levels in Tanzania." My expertise encompasses statistical data analysis utilizing a range of statistical tools -STATA, NVivo, SPSS, R, GenStat, GIS, and Remote Sensing Techniques for spatial analysis.
