Tumaini Kalinga is an assistant lecturer in Educational management at the University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania where she has been employed in 2025. She is also a former researcher at HOPE Research Consultancy. He holds a master degree in Education (2023), University of Dodoma and Bachelor of education with Geography and Kiswahili , University of Arusha. She has researched and published on teachers technological competencies in implementing Competence Based Curriculum (CBC) in secondary schools.
