Biography

Goodluck Taimu Nzowa is an Assistant Lecturer in Educational Management at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania where he has been employed in 2025. He is serving in Educational Foundations, Management and Lifelong Learning Department. He holds a Master of Arts in Educational Management and Administration from the University of Arusha (2020) and Bachelor of Arts with Education (2008) from University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He has researched and published on issues related to teachers’ non-monetary motivational factors, parental involvement and students’ commitment towards learning, classroom atmosphere and students’ academic achievement. He has also written a text book titled “Ethics a Pillar in Teaching Profession”. Apart from lecturing and undertaking research, he has been involved in facilitating continuous professional development for teachers in both public and private schools.
