As a Senior ICT Officer–Multimedia at the Centre for Virtual Learning, University of Dar es Salaam, I am responsible for providing technical support in the delivery of e-learning services. My role involves managing and maintaining multimedia systems, supporting online teaching platforms, and ensuring the smooth operation of digital learning environments. With a focus on enhancing virtual learning experiences, I work closely with academic staff to integrate multimedia tools into teaching and learning, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the development of interactive digital content that meets the needs of both instructors and students.
I am a dedicated professional with strong analytical research skills and extensive experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing studies related to e-learning, customer satisfaction, and needs assessments. My expertise spans both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, supported by a deep proficiency in a wide range of data analysis tools, including SPSS, STATA, Microsoft Excel, R, AMOS, SmartPLS, eViews, MAXQDA, and NVIVO.
