Dr. Merezia Wilson is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T), academic, and researcher with extensive expertise in Financial Accounting, Auditing, Public Sector Governance, and Project Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation. She is a Lecturer in the Department of Accounting at the University of Dar es Salaam Business School (UDBS), where she also serves as the Coordinator of the University of Dar es Salaam Sida Research Programme and the Principal Investigator of the UDSM Agriculture for Food Security (AgriFoSe2030) Project, which addresses women’s access to agricultural extension services. Dr. Merezia holds a PhD in Business Administration, with her research focusing on gender, agribusiness, and rural entrepreneurship, and she is deeply committed to ethical leadership, inclusive growth, and fostering sustainable socio-economic development
